Launch: Higher Education Review discussion paper June 11, 2008
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Education Julia Gillard comes to Macquarie for the launch of a discussion paper prepared as part of the Government's review of Australian higher education, first announced on 13 March 2008. The review will examine and report on the future direction of the higher education sector, its fitness in meeting the needs of the Australian community and economy and the options for ongoing reform.
